What is the shipping timeframe for Lucky Scooters?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location, while international shipping may take 7-14 business days.
Do Lucky Scooters come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 6-month manufacturer warranty on all decks and a 90-day warranty on other components against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from extreme impact.
What is your return policy for unused products?
We accept returns on all unused and unassembled products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How do I know which scooter size is right for me?
