At Lucky Scooters, we want to ensure you are stoked with your new gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your pro scooter parts or apparel are in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags still attached.

  Request an RMA

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization and prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, attach the provided return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
